“What is the value of your soul to God? Could your worth be defined by an amount of money? God doesn’t abandon or forget even the small sparrow he has made. How then could he forget or abandon you? What about the seemingly minor issues of your life? Do they matter to God? Of course they do! So you never need to worry, for you are more valuable to God than anything else in this world..” Luke 12 v 6-7 TPT

I felt God saying that I needed to share this passage because somebody reading this needed to hear these words that Jesus spoke to His beloved disciples.

I want you to know that you are more valuable than you know. It is so easy to slip into the thought patterns that we are not enough, but we were created to be just who we are. You are so valuable that God sent His one and only Son to redeem you back into relationship with Father God.

God knows you and He sees you. Even in a crowded room you shine so brightly in His eyes. He is calling to you, to lift your head and to stand proud because you matter to Him.

He understands that you worry. He is right there, ready to take care of every little detail for you so that you can rest in His perfect peace. So loosen your grip on them and hand them over.

Father, just like your word says, help me to remember and believe that I am more valuable to You than anything else in this world. I am Your favourite and You loved me enough to send Your son, Jesus, to die so that You could be in relationship with me. Thank you. Amen.
